In recent years, William has been a visiting professor for the KPMG Class of Beijing Jiaotong University’s School of Economics and Management. Additionally, he provides trainings on accounting standards for listed companies, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and enterprises under its supervision.

As a financial expert, William has seconded to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. He has extensive experience in financial audits for A-share IPOs.

During his professional career, William had assisted a number of private enterprises and family businesses in their fundraising/financing efforts and has assisted several enterprises in their listings and M&As in mainland China and Hong Kong SAR. William also has a wealth of industry and regulatory experience in IPOs from tech and innovative companies.

William’s experience covers new-generation information technology, high-end manufacturing, biomedicine, retail and e-commerce. With his extensive audit experience and unique insights, William provides actionable solutions and financing/fundraising proposals for clients and assists them in achieving their fundraising targets quickly and in a robust manner.
