Leo Wilson

Leo is a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance practice in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a private company M&A specialist and provides business owners with strategic advice and assists them in developing and executing upon shareholder maximization strategies including acquisitions, divestitures and capital raisings. Prior to joining KPMG, Leo was a key member of the investment banking group of a Western Canadian based mid-market investment dealer. With nearly 20 years of experience serving clients through accounting, restructuring and corporate finance, Leo has advised companies in a wide range of industries with deal sizes ranging from Enterprise Values of $10 million to over $250 million. He has been involved in over 70 transactions and completed in excess of 80 capital raising mandates resulting in gross proceeds of $2.5 billion. Leo is a Board Director and Treasurer of the BC Food & Beverage (formerly the BC Food Processing Association).
