Bruce Weatherdon is a CPA (CA) who practices Canadian and international tax, and is the overall leader of the tax practice in Calgary. With over twenty years of experience Bruce has provided tax services to a wide array of publicly traded and private companies primarily in the energy and natural resources industry. Bruce is currently a Partner in the Canadian Corporate Tax Practice where his areas of focus include advising on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, reorganization and financing transactions and has extensive knowledge of tax compliance and accounting matters. Bruce is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta and is a past instructor at the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax courses and the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society's Oil and Gas Taxation course.
