Tim Prince leads KPMG in Canada’s Strategy & Deal Execution practice and is the Service Line Co-Lead of Transactions Services in Canada.

Since joining KPMG in 2011, Tim has grown the Strategy & Deal Execution practice to four specialist service lines which include: Operations Due Diligence, Integration and Separation, IT M&A and Value Creation.

Over the past 15 years, Tim has worked on 200+ enterprise-wide Integrations and Separations across the deal spectrum. He has also conducted research on Integration and Separations which was published in the Financial Times.

Tim is active in the community as a Board Member for Canadian Feed The Children. Before joining KPMG, he worked in Post-Merger Integration Advisory for a consulting firm in the UK.
