Barb brings over 25 years of experience assisting companies and audit teams in dealing with accounting change associated with transactions and new standards. She has extensive experience with cross-border issues, such as the differences between IFRS and U.S. accounting principles and accounting and securities requirements associated with transactions such as business combinations, strategic investments, carve-outs and financings. Barb is a member of our National Technical Topic Team on Financial Instruments. Barb has instructed numerous internal and external courses. Barb is a Chartered Professional Accountant in British Columbia and was a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado for over 25 years (expired 2015).
