Ross Homeniuk is a Partner with KPMG's Global Infrastructure Advisory, and leads its Canadian Asset Management and Operations practice, guiding the firm's efforts and capability in this important and growing field.

With more than 30 years of experience, Ross helps governments, utilities, and other infrastructure-intensive organizations in positioning their plans, assets, and operations to address current needs while adapting to changing realities, including the impacts of climate change. His work uses technical and business principles, leading practice, and data and technology to create alignment and line-of-sight between infrastructure and business decisions, create transparency and defensibility, and drive efficiency, resilience, value, and results.

Since joining the firm in 2014, Ross has established KPMG as an infrastructure asset management and operations innovator and thought leader, helping to shape the field’s direction and leading practice nationally. He is an active member of the Canadian infrastructure community and promotes responsible and sustainable whole-life asset planning and management through industry involvement, and by serving as a regular advisor and contributor to several industry groups and publications.
