Dr Kristy Zwickert is a Director in KPMG’s People & Change practice. She holds a PhD in clinical psychology. She has professional experience developing transformational approaches to leadership and culture that align to strategy and enable organisations to achieve high performance in complexity.

Kristy has an extensive understanding of the public sector leadership context after working in senior roles across the defence, law enforcement, and health sectors. Over the past 18 years, she has worked with countless public sector agencies across Commonwealth, State and Territory governments to drive cultural transformation, strategy and leadership initiatives that deliver real outcomes and behaviour change.
