Chris is a Partner in KPMG’s Australian People & Change practice. He works with organisations to build workforce and organisational capability through structural and cultural design, transformational change and workforce shaping initiatives.

Prior to specialising in People Consulting Services, Chris led the design and delivery of strategy, operating model and cost optimisation initiatives both in Australia and across Asia.

Chris holds a bachelor of Commerce and Information Systems from Melbourne University and serves as a board member for a number of local not-for-profit organisations.
