Mike is a Partner in our Integration & Separation team, as part of KPMG’s Transaction Services practice. He works with major corporate and private equity clients both pre- and post-deal to identify and deliver value from their most complex integrations, separations, joint ventures, strategic alliances and M&A strategies. Mike has spent more than 20 years in this field working across the world on over 240 deals in multiple industries.

At KPMG, Mike is energised through his work with clients and is passionate about bringing diverse skills from across KPMG to help deliver success from their most challenging deals.

Prior to his consulting career, Mike worked in a number of international roles in the global oil and gas industry.

Outside work, Mike is the Chair of the Board at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit in the refugee space, has two adult sons and enjoys long distance running, travel and Melbourne’s vibrant food scene.
