Nicole works with the Indigenous, government and private sectors to further the firm’s social commitment to Indigenous Australia. Driven by a strong sense of social justice, Nicole draws on her expertise in law to develop and execute evidence based strategic initatives and programs for her clients that affect positive social change for Indigenous Australians.

Her broad expertise includes working with the Indigenous sector on sustainability, Indigenous estate, native title and community development and transformation initiatives. Alongside the sector lead, Nicole developed KPMG’s Indigenous sector strategy.

In collaboration with the United Nations Global Compact and the University of Technology Sydney, Nicole co-authored the Australian Business Guide to Implementing the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
