Alana has more than 10 years’ experience working in the public sector with a focus on health. Alana’s experience spans clinical research and project implementation in the hospital sector as well as management consulting to the public sector including government departments, community services and not-for-profit providers. Through work across the health sector she has a deep understanding of services as well as the complexities of engaging with complex groups of stakeholders, including vulnerable populations.

Alana supported the KPMG Global Team in the development and publication of KPMG’s report Delivering healthcare services closer to home which focused on international trends for out of hospital care.

Prior to joining KPMG, Alana completed her PhD in Biomechanics and delivered a number of projects across the state and national health contexts.
