Amanda is experienced in corporate insolvency administrations, complex corporate investigations, investigating accountant reviews, trade-on monitoring and business/asset sales.

She has worked on significant matters in property, education, mining services, labour hire, retail, tourism and accommodation services, and manufacturing.

As a registered liquidator, Amanda is regularly appointed to distressed entities as liquidator, administrator or receiver and manager.

She assists with the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association’s education programs and has taught undergraduate and post-graduate insolvency law subjects.

In June 2019, Amanada joined KPMG Australia following the firm's merger with Ferrier Hodgson. She became a partner in January 2022.

In 2012, Amanda was the recipient of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association’s Terry Taylor Scholarship, where she conducted research into the costs of court liquidations in Australia. The findings from Amanda’s report have been quoted in various articles and used in submissions to the Government in relation to insolvency law reforms.
