Mark leads the People & Change in Perth which covers HR, Finance and Procurement advisory. The team deliver insights and functional capability to the C-Suite on managing all corporate services and driving technology transformation.

His specific area of focus is human resources, providing support and advice to enable those leading the people agenda in organisations to solve critical challenges and leverage opportunities for HR transformation. He specialises in HR Operating Model, business partnering and HR technology.

Prior to consulting, Mark worked in corporate positions in HR and uses his experience in organisational design, talent management transformation and change enablement to client issues.
