Our client is a consumer market and real estate group with over thousand staff in HK. 

• Head the enterprise solution deployment, lead a team of over 40
• Key person to manage stakeholder and communicate with user functions
• Responsible for the technology innovation in the areas of digital technology, services and operation to drive internal operation efficiency
• Drive the business transformation and solution delivery to support the business growth
• Responsible for planning and integrating the overall IT resources
• Cooperate with the executive of all business units to define the IT strategic and tactical plans
• Review current technology and drive the ways to leverage and improve productivity
• Develop and enhance the IT policies, procedures, best practices and KPIs on a Group level
• Ensure proper control/risk management and system/data security are in place

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information System Management or equivalent, a MBA is preferred
  
• Minimum 15 years of IT management experience and particularly in consumer market and real estate group
• Recent experience should be at a head or deputy head of IT
• Previous experience of deployment of enterprise system and change managment
• Strong team management, stakeholder management and project management
• Experience of working with consulting firm
• Strong communication skills with users and management, team player, pragmatic and on ground
• Chinese skills in Cantonese is needed
