The Client

Our client is a hospitality group with sizable operation  


  • Oversee Human Resources Department, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Conduct regular reviews, research and develop trends to facilitate formulation of compensation and benefits strategies,  policies and systems
  • Recruitment and Resourcing: Understand positions’ key performance, as well as technical and management competencies; advise line managers on search approach and selection criteria; manage recruitment process. Monitor the settling in and performance of new hires
  • Performance Management: Manage job grading system, develop and maintain performance measurement system, training and career development programmes
  • Organisation Development: Develop and advise on HR policies and organisation structure to meet with group’s overall business goals; Formulate and review policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Employee Relations: Build and maintain a corporate culture and work environment that fosters positive employee contribution, quality work, loyalty and harmonious labour-management relations


  • With university degree specializing in Business Administration, Hospitality or related discipline
  • Around 10 years' experience in hospitality industry and around 5 years of experience as a Head level or senior management
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong stakeholder management. Has a pleasantpersonality and possess good presentation skills
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related local law and regulation
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
