Our client is a public service sector with more than thousand staff.

• Manage annual C&B related exercises including the monthly payroll, salary review, benefits, bonus scheme review, annual survey, salary brenchmarking etc
• Provide strategic advisory services to senior management on C&B related initiatives, provide periodic reports for management review
• Review and revamp company’s C&B policies and procedures to maintain its market competitiveness and to comply with local regulations
• Oversee the HR operations, including payroll and support continuous improvement in operational effectiveness
• Work closely with HR counterparts and handle staff enquiries on providing professional C&B advice and solutions
• Support the committee meetings

• Degree holder with at least 12 years relevant experience in human resources function
• Solid experience in C&B gained from reputable and sizable employers preferably in Hospitality, real estate or non-profit organisation.
• Deep understanding of effective HR practices, employee relations, as well as methods and processes in employment law
• Exceptional people management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English as well as Chinese. The Candidate should know both Cantonese and Mandarin
