Our client is an international professional services and consulting company with multi-offices and over 2,000 staff in China.

• Manage complex client services contracts and corresponding documents for clients and third parties that complies with the Firm’s policies and business objective achievement
• Formulate legal document templates relating to all client services matters, such as multi-firm engagements, global master services agreements
• Negotiate contracts with external parties according to the Firm’s Policy
• Liaise with external law firms to obtain legal advice where needed
• Provide legal advice and contract review, including non-client-related issues such as procurement, marketing and infrastructure
• Support the regulatory investigations and compliance matters such as handling of claims, circumstances, questions from regulatory authorities and practice matters
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• A bachelor’s degree or above in law or relevant discipline
• A Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualified experience gained from international law firm or multinational corporations
• Strong leadership, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with various functions and across grades
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
