The Client

Our client is a Hong Kong based organisation with sizable operation.


  • Support the Talent Acquisition head to executive the talent acquisition strategy that align with thebusiness growth of front office operation
  • Responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing, screening, interviewing and presentingcandidate), staff retention planning, negotiating offers and facilities the on-boarding process
  • Act as a TA advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, including recruitmentstrategies and resourcing channels, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practicesand sourcing trends
  • Facilitate effective and efficient recruitment channels to manage recruitment vendor relationship
  • Responsible for manpower planning and fulfil the manpower needs of the firm in an efficient andeffective manner
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder with at least 7 years relevant experience in human resources function
  • Solid experience in recruitment gained from reputable and sizable employers preferably in Luxury Retail, Hospitality or Consumer Markets Industry.
  • Deep understanding of effective HR practices, as well as methods and processes in employment law
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of competency-based interviewing
  • A service-oriented mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English as well as Chinese. The Candidate should know both Cantonese and Mandarin
