The Client
Our client is a Hong Kong based organisation with sizable operation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition head to executive the talent acquisition strategy that align with thebusiness growth of front office operation
- Responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing, screening, interviewing and presentingcandidate), staff retention planning, negotiating offers and facilities the on-boarding process
- Act as a TA advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, including recruitmentstrategies and resourcing channels, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practicesand sourcing trends
- Facilitate effective and efficient recruitment channels to manage recruitment vendor relationship
- Responsible for manpower planning and fulfil the manpower needs of the firm in an efficient andeffective manner
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 7 years relevant experience in human resources function
- Solid experience in recruitment gained from reputable and sizable employers preferably in Luxury Retail, Hospitality or Consumer Markets Industry.
- Deep understanding of effective HR practices, as well as methods and processes in employment law
- Excellent skills and knowledge of competency-based interviewing
- A service-oriented mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English as well as Chinese. The Candidate should know both Cantonese and Mandarin
