The Client

Our client is a Hong Kong based organisation with sizable operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on recruitment tactics to target and attract talent to deliver on the business strategy and growth plans
  • Act as a TA advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, including recruitment strategies and resourcing channels, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including the development of search plan, execution of the search and delivery to ensure successful closure within the identified time frame.
  • Screen, interview and assess quality talent who are the best fit for the role and aligned with the culture and values
  • Build stakeholder relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all parties involved in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
  • Directly source for candidates through the use of social media sourcing channels such as LinkedIn and other external online candidate databases. Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
  • Actively manage relationships with external recruitment firms to ensure a quick turnaround time and delivery of qualified candidates.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 7 years relevant experience in human resources function
  • Solid experience in recruitment gained from multinational corporation Proven experiences in identify talents in corporate functions like IT would be preferred
  • Deep understanding of effective HR practices, as well as methods and processes in employment law
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of competency-based interviewing
  • A service-oriented mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English as well as Chinese. The Candidate should know both Cantonese and Mandarin
