Our client is private real estate investment group and a major property developer in Hong Kong.

• Report to the Group General Counsel and work with a legal team
• Provide legal advice on international property business as priority
• Draft relevant documentation and lead potential negotiations
• Work with the legal team on other legal matters around general corporate, commercial, M&A, JV and asset management transactions

• A qualified HK lawyer with general corporate and commercial experience
• At least 6-8 years of post-qualification experience gained from international investment banks, magic circle firms or in-house
• Solid experience in private equity, M&A and JV transactional matters
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently and under tight timelines
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
