Our client is a sizable corporation with significant business operation in Hong Kong.

• Assist in formulating and implementing HR analytics strategy
• Support HR analytics governance and ensure projects are aligned with business goals
• Develop and implement data analyses, visualizations and analytics to derive people trends and insights, and make sure data meets business needs and requirement of HR processes
• Ensure smooth workflow of the gathering and managing of large datasets
• Support HR team and division leaders on understanding of the data acquired
• Assist in creating and implementing high quality methodologies for projects

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in sizable organisation, with experience in data visualisation tools is preferred
• Proficient in Tableau
• Sound knowledge in VBA Macro
• Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented
• Strong business acumen and ability to build partnership with business units
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
