The Client

Our client is a listed corporation in Hong Kong with sizable operation in Hong Kong and China. This is a newly created role. This is both a strategic and execution focused role which requires the ability to work at and across all levels of the organization, both locally and nationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to formulate and implement HR strategy on talent acquisition and employer branding, with local relevancy and the mission of customer centricity, integrity and people focused
  • Accountable for the development of recruitment strategies to deliver engaging employer proposition to position the company
  • Develop long term TA strategy by having strong talent pipelines, build effective talent pool, perform market mapping and proactively drive talent acquisition activities to support business development
  • Drive innovative recruiting and employer branding programs and processes to enhance quality and lead time in fulling the hiring plan
  • Create the talent acquisition process that can cater the needs of an agile and growing organization
  • Partner with local business leaders and corporate office on workforce planning to establish and implement effective performance measurements, refine the work flow to fulfil the manpower needs of the firm in an efficient and effective manner
  • Lead the communications strategy, approach, planning and delivery that aligns with the business strategy and brand.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or other related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in sizable organisation, candidates from retail, property development with MNC and agency background is preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills and stakeholders-management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, detail-oriented
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build partnership with business untis
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
