• Oversee the delivery and day-to-day operation of the group
• Responsible for the strategic and operational planning and execution to achieve optimal financial performance
• Fulfill profit and loss responsibility by managing all aspects that generate revenue and also monitor the budget expenditure
• Translate strategy into actionable goals and KPI for performance and growth
• To maintain and upgrade the product development, cost control and streamline the manufacturing plant excellence and worldwide distribution
• Drive sustainable long-term values to the company with an emphasis on the demonstration of consistent performance and balance the needs of key stakeholders
• All-rounded management and monitoring the overall company’s performance
• To make a sound strategic planning and decisions in order to maintain and improve market position
• Establish and refine organizational plans, structures and responsibilities to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Support the on-going development of the guideline and policies

• Degree or above professional qualification in relevant disciplines
• Around 20 years’ of management experience in large-scale organization
• Excellent management and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound ability to influence executives and senior leaders on strategic level
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
