The Client

Our client is a sizable corporation with significant business operation in Hong Kong.


  • Execute the Learning and Development strategies to contribute to the success of HR strategies and thebusiness objectives
  • Identify learning and development needs of employees by conducting L&D need analysis, performancegap analysis and communicate with business leaders and HR business partners.
  • Communicate with HR team and business head to understand learning needs, ensure the training contentand materials meet training needs relevant to all staff grade
  • Drive an environment of continuous learning throughout the whoe organisation
  • Select, coordinate, and manage the external training vendors to provide and continuously improvequality of training
  • Work closely with IT teams to develop and evaluate digital learning strategies
  • Prepare and manage annual training budget and measure ROI of training initiatives.
  • Review, develop and monitor the programme to ensure that it matches with the latest learning anddevelopment trend
  • Lead annual Learning & development projects


  • A  bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology,  or other related disciplines
  • At least 15 years’ relevant experience from from large corporation, direct client facing industry, hospitality and retail industry
  • Proven track record in collaborating with senior management for  Learning Development related deliverables
  • Experience in learning outcome evaluation and learning curriculum designs
  • Knowledge in using psychometric tools
  • Has a pleasant personality and possess good presentation skills. Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong communication and consultation skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
