The Client

Our client is a government-funded institution with sizable operation in Hong Kong.


  • Manage the Digital Experience team to create and support the implementation of strategies to improve digital customer experience, satisfaction, and conversion
  • Responsible for the creation and enhancement of relevant and engaging digital content for the institution’s website
  • Blend web analytics, customer insight and UX/UI best practices to develop strategies for outstanding digital customer experience
  • Coordinate with business users to understand users’ requirements and operational needs
  • Assist business user to plan and implement digital marketing activities
  • Lead the planning, implementation, maintenance of CMS solutions
  • Formulate post campaign analysis and provide recommendations for future projects’ communication to stakeholders
  • Establish effective partnerships with stakeholders
  • Provide advice on all digital customer experience related issues to stakeholders and the institution
  • Ensure the institution has appropriate knowledge, guidance, support, and training
  • Handle ad hoc IT projects and assignments as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in IT, in which 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, content strategy, marketing campaigns, digital commerce and Digital channel.
  • Sound knowledge in new tools in digital experience and customer experience, along with established tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Webmaster tools
  • Experience in content management systems and web content management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Strong understanding of the ranking factors and search engine optimisation practices Knowledge of best practices and trends in digital channels for sales and customer feedback such as social media, chatbots, ecommerce, websites, digital advertising, etc
  • Ability in building websites with Enterprise content management systems
  • Experience in both UX and CX platform
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent planning and implementation skills
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage)
