KPMG’s Edward Middleton and Tiffany Wong have been appointed by the High Court of Hong Kong as Joint and Several Provisional Liquidators of Sing Pao Media Enterprises Ltd.
Edward Middleton, Partner, Head of Restructuring, KPMG China, says of the appointment: “We are working with the company’s senior management to ascertain the status of the business with a view to securing the future of this long-established and reputable media group.”
