KPMG Huazhen (SGP) issued the following statement on the Memorandum of Understanding on Enforcement Cooperation between the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board of the United States and the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Finance of China: "We are pleased to hear that the on-going discussions amongst the US and Chinese regulators are moving in a positive direction with the announcement of the MOU. We believe a cooperative working relationship of the regulators is in the best interest of the capital markets and the profession. "
