19 Participants, 11 outstanding companies, 4 themes and 3 hours of engaging conversation. Conducting our first Shanghai round table discussion, we decided to keep the topic open to capture those areas most relevant. Companies represented were all at different levels of maturity from contemplating setting up a Shared Service Center to nearing maturity. Participants attended to learn / share ideas and increase their knowledge. KPMG China facilitated the discussion and set the protocol to manage overall expectations.
