VAT concessions for exported services announced

China alert - Issue 1, January 2012   On 29 December 2011, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the State Administration of Taxation (SAT) jointly issued Cai Shui [2011] No.131 (Circular 131) setting out Value Added Tax (VAT) concessions for exported services provided to overseas entities under the VAT pilot program in Shanghai.
