Jacky started his career with KPMG Beijing in 1993. He has been providing audit and advisory services to a wide variety of major clients, ranging from multinational corporations and large foreign-invested enterprises, to state-owned and privately-owned companies.  He also worked in KPMG Hong Kong and KPMG US for 1 year and 2 years respectively. Jacky has proficient knowledge in PRC GAAP and IFRS. In addition, he has been actively involved in due diligence projects for mergers and acquisitions, as well as initial public offerings made by Chinese companies.

Jacky is currently the Vice Chairman of KPMG China, Senior Partner of Northern Region, Senior Partner of KPMG Huazhen LLP, Managing Director of CICPA, and Guest Supervisor of School of Accountancy, Central University of Finance and Economics. He was a Member of the Professional Liability Identification Committee of CICPA, Deputy Director of CPE Committee of BICPA, and Member of the First Accounting Professional Committee of National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.
