Sam has been involved in providing audit and advisory services for more than 17 years. He has extensive experience in providing  audit, IPO and restructuring service for SOEs and MNCs.

Sam was appointed as the head of GCP in New York office from 2009 to 2011. He was responsible for assisting Chinese enterprise to develop in US. Sam backed to the position as audit partner focus on financial services in KPMG north China on August 2011.

Led by Sam, KPMG Tianjin office reached a strategic cooperation agreement with China Tianjin Free Trade Zone ("TJFTZ") in 2014.
