Ronald joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1992 and became a partner in 2004. Having spent more than 20 years in the China market, Ronald accumulated a wealth of experience in serving multinational clients, state-owned and private-owned enterprises across a wide range of industries, including consumer markets, real estate and transport, and established trusted relationships with clients, government and regulators in the local community. He is familiar with the business environment and regulatory requirements in China, in particular the current issues, challenges and opportunities facing the China enterprises.
Ronald has extensive experience in capital market transactions in China, Hong Kong and overseas, with insights on the climate as well as the latest developments of both global and local capital markets. His areas of expertise include initial public offerings ("IPO"), mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) and group restructuring. He has a proven record of leading IPO projects and assisting state-owned and private-owned enterprises in China to go public.
