Peter sits on KPMG’s Global People & Change Steering Committee, and leads KPMG’s Global Organisation Design for Performance Community of Practice. He specialises in transformational change with deep expertise in Organisation Design, Change Management, HR Transformation and Talent Management. He has extensive experience in both the design and implementation of strategy and technology enabled organisational change, focusing on managing the human impact of change to achieve cultural transformation.

With KPMG since 2005, Peter has over 25 years management and consulting experience in the Banking & Financial Services, Energy, FMCG and Government sectors.
