KPMG in China

Francis is an audit partner in KPMG China. He joined KPMG Beijing in 1997 and was seconded to KPMG Houston between September 2001 and March 2003. Since 2016 he works in the US capital markets group in Beijing and takes on additional roles as engagement quality control reviewer and assistance to the appendix K reviewer on a number of public companies.

Francis has provided professional audit services to several large multinational groups in the PRC in accordance with PCAOB requirements, US GAAP, and IFRS. During his stay in the States between 2001 and 2003, he attained the second highest grade on the uniform CPA Examination in November 2002 and won the silver medal of Elijah Watt Sells Awards by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is primarily responsible for serving privately owned Chinese enterprises to be listed in the US capital markets and major international clients  with significant operations in China. He has worked closely with our capital markets group in a number of projects, including IPOs, existing public companies, secondary offerings, bond offerings, 3-05 financial statements audits, and integrated audits.
