IT infrastructure development in Chinese accounting firms has been one of the CICPA’s strategic priorities for developing the Chinese accountancy profession. This award is for Chinese accounting firms with outstanding performance and prominent contribution to IT infrastructure development of the Chinese accountancy profession.
KPMG Huazhen has been supportive of the Ministry of Finance (MoF)-CICPA initiative to develop IT infrastructure in the accountancy profession since 2011 and has consistently supported CICPA’s work to promote greater use of IT in the audit industry and raise the level of expertise among audit professionals. Also, KPMG has been committed to optimizing the firm’s professional information system, upgrading network security and improving management and service efficiency.
KPMG Huazhen has also shared many valuable and practical experiences and resources related to IT infrastructure development with the CICPA for small-and-medium-sized accounting firms. KPMG Huazhen is the only China member firm of the international Big Four Accounting networks to receive this award. The award demonstrates CICPA’s recognition of KPMG Huazhen’s accomplishment, investment and leading position in IT infrastructure development.
