Developing talent for the age of digitalisation

Digitalisation is transforming how the business is run around the world, and this includes KPMG. For example, KPMG Clara integrates audit workflow into an all-in-one smart platform to enhance audit quality and automation. KPMG Digital Ignition Centre, founded in 2017, creates data-driven solutions not only to transform our data-to-insight proposition for clients, but also to bring a better work experience for our people.

Linda Lin, partner-in-charge, People, Performance & Culture, said, "A new era has come with its unique opportunities and responsibilities. KPMG will continue to develop talent people for our practice, with an innovative mind-set and a comprehensive training system designed for people with diverse backgrounds. We will also further improve the well-being of our employees and our career development schemes."
