We help our clients in their individual digital transformation by offering support from the assessment of a company’s digital maturity, the definition of the digital strategy, the enterprise architecture, the target operating models to the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • IT Transformation: Within the service area of IT Transformation, KPMG supports clients to optimize their IT function and to ensure, that IT investments are spent effectively and efficiently. Specifically, we support clients to optimize their IT Operating Model, IT Governance, IT Shared Services, IT project execution, software licenses or IT costs. Furthermore, we support clients with defining their cloud strategy and with selecting the best software / provider.
  • Platforms and Processes: We support our clients with automation and optimization of their processes leveraging selected digital platforms (e.g. low-code platforms, BPM platforms, RPA tools, Enterprise Service Management tools). KPMG helps clients to set-up the project and infrastructure by discussing pain points and finding pragmatic approaches, as well as gather requirements and collaboratively discuss the most suitable solutions in terms of effort and time-to-market, and eventually support with the Go-Live and stabilization.
  • Business Intelligence & Dashboards: Business Intelligence (BI) tools create value from corporate data by integrating disparate data sources and transforming them into understandable, easy-to-use (visual) information such as reports, dashboards, graphs, charts and maps. Such an analysis of business information enables actionable insights that can guide an organization’s business decisions. We help our clients select the right BI tool, source and transform the necessary data, build visual dashboards and reports and enable the client to continually improve their reports autonomously.
