The partners of KPMG have appointed Tobias Valk to the Board of Directors. Tobias Valk will succeed Stuart Robertson.
The Partners’ Conference of KPMG Switzerland appointed Tobias Valk (47) as a new member of the Board of Directors, effective 1 December 2018. Tobias Valk has been at KPMG for 23 years and provides advisory services to life science companies with global operations. From 2014 to 2018, he was Head of Deal Advisory, prior to which he spent six years in charge of Transaction Services. Tobias Valk will succeed Stuart Robertson, who has left KPMG to sit on the board of directors of EFG International AG and EFG Bank AG.
A father of two, Valk is a Swiss certified accountant who holds a master’s degree in international management from the University of St. Gallen.
