The 3rd edition of the publication “Swiss legislation on collective investment schemes” – from the KPMG Commercial Law series – gives an overview on the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes (CISA) that entered into force on 1 January 2007 and the subsequent amendments to the Swiss legislation on collective investment schemes.
After two successful editions, we now launched the 3rd edition of the publication “Swiss legislation on collective investment schemes” – from the KPMG Commercial Law series. This updated and extended version is meant first and foremost as a tool for those affected by the Swiss collective investment scheme legislation.
To facilitate a quick understanding, we have created an overview with illustrations on the different topics. A table shows all situations that require FINMA approval, reporting or publication by the licensees, according to the Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA). The CISA and its implementing ordinances CISO and CISO-FINMA are also included into the publication, as are the most important topical FINMA circulars and SFAMA’s guidelines.
