Post-COVID considerations: what impacts?

The COVID-19 pandemic has boosted homeworking and raises several questions:

  • what will remain of it?
  • what will the future impacts on our organizations be?
  • what will the new "normal" look like?

 

During the first half of the day, we will cover the main challenges in the tax, digitalisation and cyber security, HR, financial due diligence, valuation and real estate areas in relation with:

  • the impact of COVID-19 on corporate taxation
  • the impact of COVID-19 on digitalization and cyber security
  • the effect of COVID-19 on human resources
  • the impact of COVID-19 on the financial due diligence and valuation of enterprises
  • the real estate trends and the question of the surfaces used as working spaces

 

During the second part of the day, you will be able to take part in an HR workshop focusing on homeworking challenges and led by KPMG experts on the following topics:

  • the legal aspects in relation with homeworking to be taken into account
  • the tax and social insurance regime of cross-border workers
  • the homeworking trends

 

You will be able to exchange with KPMG experts who will share their point of view and the outlook concerning the various issues. You will then be able to pursue the discussion with your peers in a more informal atmosphere during the breaks.
