Bobby Zarkov is a Partner in Financial Services, where he leads Digital Innovation Services.

Bobby has more than 20 years of experience serving clients within financial services. Drawing on vast experience in the insurance sector in Switzerland, he focuses on technology driven business-innovation. Within digital innovation, Bobby specializes in customer experience, cognitive & analytics and platform-related topics.

Prior to joining KPMG in 2020, he worked in Zurich for another Big Four firm for nine years. He also spent 17 years at a leading global provider of technology and services, where he was based in management consultancy specializing in insurance customers in Switzerland.
