Marc Stadelmann is a Director for Audit Corporate in Basel.

For over 10 years, Marc has worked with KPMG’s regional market clients and mid-sized groups headquartered in Switzerland to deliver customized audit solutions.
Marc joined KPMG in 2011 and has extensive experience with listed and international companies as well as with domestic SMEs. His primary focus is the audit of regional mid-sized companies headquartered in Switzerland in accordance with IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER and the Swiss Code of Obligations.

Marc has profound experience providing high quality audits and applying the latest technology. He addresses clients’ needs with a special focus on regional market.
Thanks to his many years of experience working on various projects, Marc has an in-depth understanding across a range of areas: financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER and the Swiss Code of Obligations, internal processes and controls, shared service centers, consolidations, incorporations and mergers and corporate restructurings.
As a lecturer for auditing at FHNW, Marc is also highly committed to the next generation of audit talent. This position also enables him to keep pace with developments, expectations and generational change.
