Thomas is an expert in the optimization of organizational and process structures in corporate functions such as finance, controlling and HR - in particular through digitalization, setting up shared service centers and outsourcing. Along six dimensions of corporate management (strategy, processes, IT, organization, governance, employees), he advises clients on various questions, such as "Which optimization approaches (digitalization, shared services, outsourcing, etc.) are available?" or "How can processes be standardized and optimized end-to-end?” etc.

Using a structured project methodology, Thomas supports large and medium-sized companies in the design of an efficient and service-oriented operating model - from the feasibility study to the design and implementation of the optimization measures.
