Mike McCoy

Mike McCoy began his career with KPMG UK in London in 2004 and moved to Basel with his family in 2020. He is in his element when advising clients on the cross-border tax and social security situations of globally mobile populations.

Mike has an excellent working knowledge across the wide range of issues facing businesses as they choose the best way to deploy employees internationally and build a global workforce strategy. He has helped clients identify what type of mobility program would best support their business and worked across corporate functions to bring their talent strategy to life in a way that meets the rigors of international tax and legal compliance. 

His wealth of experience includes helping companies relocate their headquarters, go remote, restructure as GBS organizations as well as sell, acquire and integrate new businesses.
