Simon Laval

Simon is a Director in Deal Advisory and heads the Valuation & Financial Modelling services in Western Switzerland. He is a corporate finance specialist with over 12 years of experience in Valuation, Modelling, M&A and Corporate Development.

Simon has worked on various M&A deals, both in advisory and in-house roles. At KPMG, Simon performs business valuations, as well as valuations of intangible assets for transaction purposes, financial reporting and tax planning. He also manages modelling engagements, including preparation of business plans for fundraising purposes.

Simon serves some of KPMG’s largest multinational clients on cross-border transactions, as well as SME and family-owned businesses on deal-related topics.
