Denise Lienhard has been working for more than 20 years in tax. As a long experienced Director of KPMG she advises domestic and international companies mainly active in the trade and industrial sector. She has a broad knowledge in all fields of Swiss tax legislation and a wide experience in the areas of corporate tax including tax structuring of Swiss and foreign based groups, M&A transactions and tax planning. Another professional focus is advising clients in the area of tax accounting issues and risk positions.
