Marc Kilcher

Marc Kilcher is a Partner and heads the Regulatory & Compliance team in Geneva within the Financial Services department.

Marc assists banking institutions with a focus on operational efficiency regarding compliance as well as on projects to review and revise compliance standards.

Before joining KPMG in 2015, he gained 12 years of experience at renowned Swiss and international banks (Credit Suisse, BCV), first as an internal auditor, then as head of business risk management for emerging markets and subsequently as the lead responsible for monitoring compliance with regulations and internal standards.

Marc obtained a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics (Msc) and a CAS in Compliance Management from the University of Geneva as well as a CAS in Sustainable Finance from the University of Zurich.
