Jeannette Heiniger is the Head of Private Clients Legal Services.
She has more than 15 years of experience serving national and international Private Clients with a particular focus on estate planning and succession planning, execution of wills, support of the heirs in the distribution of the estate, real estate transactions as well as setting up and manage charitable foundations. In addition, Jeannette has in-depth knowledge in advising family owned businesses and Family Offices. She has broad experience in contract, lease and employment law and advises national and international corporate clients in corporate legal matters.
Jeannette studied Law (bilingual German and French) at the University of Fribourg i.Ue. in Switzerland and has been admitted to the bar (Canton of Zurich) since 2004. Prior to joining KPMG in 2005, she worked at a Zurich law firm.
Jeannette is a member of the Swiss Association Successio and a member of the Swiss Association of Arbitration in Inheritance Matters (SVSiE).
