Walter Gratzer

Walter is Director and member of the Government & Healthcare Leadership team.

Walter focuses on clients in the healthcare and public administration sectors. His core topics are financial management, process optimization, improvement of results and strategic management. His preferred approach is to work in an integrative way with his clients, in order to ensure the implementation of the project results.

Walter has been working in the international consulting business for more than 25 years and has successfully realized more than 150 projects in 10 European countries. He also holds operational leadership experience in Finance & Controlling.
