Stephan Grueber

Stephan is a partner in our Deal Advisory department based out of Zurich. 

He has over 16 years of professional services experience with KPMG. Since joining the Diligence Services group at KPMG Switzerland in 2014, Stephan has been involved in numerous sell-side and buy-side situations, advising financial sponsors and strategic investors on transactions in cross-border and national market settings.

His experience spans across different industries, such as industrial manufacturing, utilities, pharma, and life sciences as well as food & beverages, health care and IT.

Before joining Diligence Services, Stephan spent several years in KPMG’s German Practice (Audit) and Accounting Advisory Services in New York. During that time, he worked on conversion and statutory audit engagements as well as on transaction and regulatory driven projects, such as IPO readiness assessments and IFRS/U.S. GAAP conversions and the implementation of new reporting standards.
